Important: Customers must agree to the terms and conditions before purchase, no disputes will be enteretained after acceptance of the T&Cs.

Stock Availability

All goods available on our website are subjected to stock availability, we will check on stock and revert back with delivery details within 3 working days. We will not be held liable if stock is unavailable or discontinued.

Delivery Timing/Delays

Delivery delays happen from time to time. We shall not be held liable if stock shipment is delayed. Delays due to peak seasons, weather and due to delivery schedule might happen. most of the products are delivered straight from our brand manufacturers/warehouse to the customers itself. Customers that make multiple orders from various brands may be subjected to different delivery timings based on our manufacturer's/warehouse delivery schedule. In the event that your preferred delivering timings cannot be met, you will be notified at the fastest time possible. In addition, “next day deliveries” / "same day deliveries" will be subjected to confirmation. We will inform you of such occurance.

Delivery Venues

Delivery is offered to all parts of mainland Singapore only, excluding restricted areas.

Changing of delivery date

Any changes in delivery dates should be e-mailed to enquiry@primariusdeals.com at least 48 hours before delivery. Kindly provide your invoice number in order for us to track your orders more efficiently.

Cancellation of orders

Any cancellation of orders should be made via e-mail to enquiry@primariusdeals.com within 12 hours of order confirmation. Kindly provide your invoice number in order for us to track your orders more efficiently. In addition, for products such as hobs/hoods which cannot be fixed in to the customer’s kitchen due to measurement issues, an exchange of model is permitted within the same brand.  Changes made have to be items of equivalent price or above. A top up of price difference is required if the new item is higher in price, whereas no refund on difference if the new item is lower in price. Cancellation of orders for hood & hobs due to wrong dimension given by customers would be subjected to a delivery charge of $50.00.

Refund takes between 7 - 30 days and the refunded amount will be released back to the used credit card which was used for the purchase.

Installation charge

Items sold on our online platform do not include extra installation charges unless stated otherwise on the product page. For items that require installation such as hobs, hoods, water heater and air-conditioning, installation charge will be charged by our independent contractors depending on the complexity of the installation required.

Disposal charge

Propducts prices are not inclusive of any charges for disposal service. Charges on disposal service may vary depending on the type of product and will be quoted by our independent contractors depending on the complexity of the disposal required

Exchange Policy

Primarius Deals only offers an exchange of products for items that cannot be installed due to measurement issues. For measurement errors made by customers, an exchange of model is only permitted within the same brand. For dimension errors indicated on the individual product's page, exchange can be across all brands and models available in our website.

Customers can reject defective goods & will be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Replacement item(s) must add up to the equivalent price or a lower price in comparison with the preceding product purchased. An additional delivery charge would be imposed & a top up of difference in price would be required. Any used products will not be eligible for exchange. Primarius Deals has the full discretion to decide if the product is exchangeable.

Warranty Policy

Warranty cards will be issued upon delivery of product. The warranty period may vary for different brand manufacturers. Any claims on on the warranty will have to be resolved directly between customer and the brand manufacturer. We sincerely advise customers to call the manufacturers & confirm their office hours before heading down.
